Technical Details of PC 5 Gallon Blow Molding Machine

1. Electrical control system. This PC 5 gallon blow molding machine adopts Mitsubishi PLC and man-machine interface control (Chinese and English version), colorful touch screen, and modularized temperature control. All the setting, altering, scanning diagnosing and monitoring functions can be achieved on the touch screen. The components are very durable.

2. Hydraulic system. It adopts hydraulic proportional control with imported name-brand hydraulic valve and oil pump.

3. Preform control: the 30 points wall thickness control system produced by MOOG Company of Japan is adopted in this PC 5 gallon blow molding machine.

4. Plasticizing system: This blow molding machine adopts high efficiency mixed refining and exhausting screw, which is driven by the hydraulic motor to achieve stepless speed regulation. Controlled by a resistance ruler, the material shooting is highly accurate.

5. The mold opening and closing device. The mold opening, closing and claming device adopt the ball bearing linear guiding orbit with extremely high precision. With accurate positioning and strong bearing ability, this device moves smoothly, saves energy, and it never deforms.

6. Die head: PC dedicated die head, with the special nitrided steel as the raw material.
